Our one to one Personal Training is suitable for all fitness levels.

Training is specifically tailored to suit your individual needs, goals and targets. 

Our fully qualified (REP's Level 3) personal trainers ensure that each session is motivational and beneficial but most importantly fun and enjoyable!

We also carry out a full Bodystat analysis with a results chart to monitor specific progress. Data includes:

  • Body Fat %
  • Body Fat Mass Kg
  • Lean Mass Kg
  • Water %
  • Basal Metabolic Rate
  • Estimated Average Calorie Requirement
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

Whether you want to lose weight, look and feel better, train for something specific or just generally improve your fitness, then Personal Training at Rookery Hall is for you.

Individual sessions can be booked in 60 minute slots

Purchase 6 x 1hour sessions and receive a 7th session FREE

Purchase 10 x 1hour sessions and receive an 11th and 12th session FREE
