Shells are the world’s first naturally self heating massage tools, which give a seamless massage of heat and touch. This stress relieving treatment promotes deep relaxation.


Eco Friendly from start to finish, the shells are genuinely recycled Tiger Clams from the South Pacific which heat without the use of electricity for up to an hour. The shells contain small sachets filled with sea minerals such as seaweed and algae which naturally heats the Shell. The heat can also be used on problems areas to release muscle tension and soreness and to promote relaxation of the fascia layers that connect muscles to the rest of the body. The Lava Shells give off calcium ions when heated which are then transferred directly to the skin during the massage process helping to regulate the skins natural renewal process and give firmer healthier looking skin. We use between one and four shells to deliver a deep, therapeutic massage with continuous heat and client touch.

Your face, neck and décolleté will be deeply cleansed and polished to prepare the skin for a specialised massage using a self heating Lava Shell. The natural mineral heat from within the Lava Shell will help penetrate the products deeper into the skin and instantly relax you, allowing you to drift into a tranquil state of mind. The facial massage is followed by application of a mineral mud mask, and a scalp massage. The combination of massage, heat and products together naturally tone and firm the skin.
