Our Chef Paul Soczowka and his team have prepared this menu using some Great British dishes with a modern twist in a relaxed atmosphere, using seasonal and the freshest ingredients from local suppliers, including Hodgeson’s fish from Hartlepool, Country Valley our meat, game and poultry specialists, Darlington and Deli Fresh our specialist supplier of fruit and vegetables.
