Cream of Butternut Squash with Pumpkin Seed and Rocket Pesto and Spiced Flat Bread.

Cannelloni of Salmon with Winter Vegetable Purées, Puys Lentils.

Chicken and Leek Pudding with Cep Suet Pastry, Sauteed Baby Spinach and Sherry Jus.

Rillette of Sussex Pork with Madeira Jelly and Cox’s Apple Compote.

Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bream, Baby Gem Lettuce, Curried Mussels and Cauliflower Fritters.

Roast Rump of Lamb, Baby Carrots and Turnips, Sauteed Potatoes and a Navarin Sauce.

Poached Fillet of Plaice, Creamed Potatoes, Celery and Walnuts and a Apple Beurre Blanc.

Roasted Beetroot and Lemon Thyme Tart with Ricotta, Figs and Ruby Chard.
