A welcome from our Chef, Lucy Hyder

I invite you to the Buxted Park Dining Room Restaurant in East Sussex, where you can experience our take on modern British cuisine. My aim is to serve traditional favourite dishes with a modern twist as well as to create some new dishes that I hope will become one of your favourites in the future.

We cater for diners who know exactly what they want as well as those with a more adventurous palette. Whatever your taste you will appreciate the exceptional quality of the ingredients that we source from local producers wherever possible.

 

Prices

  • A typical a la carte bill costs £49 per person.
  • Our Daily market menu costs £36 per person.

Restaurant Features

  • Lunch – Monday to Saturday from 12noon to 2pm and Sundays from 1pm to 2pm.
  • Dinner – Monday to Sunday from 7pm to 9.30pm.
  • We have capacity for 40 diners on well spaced tables.
  • Comfortable dining furniture.
  • Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
