We are pleased to launch our new conference booking voucher programme that offers all bookers membership of the Hand Picked corporate loyalty programme, The Club.

All registering bookers will be awarded Associate Club membership, being a great way to be part of Hand Picked and in turn receive points for every new confirmed booking.

The points earned can be used for a variety of high street retail vouchers, gifts, as well as a range of Hand Picked experiences including spa, dining and overnight stays.

Entry to The Club

• Once you have booked, register to become an Associate Member at our Associate club page.
• A membership pack and card will be sent to you within two weeks.
• Points will be earned at a rate of one point for every £15 worth of new confirmed business. This includes all direct services including food and beverages.
• To obtain points with future bookings, simply quote your Associate membership number at time of booking.
• You will start accumulating points with all new confirmed bookings.
• Redeem your points by completing a claim form and emailing theclub@handpicked.co.uk

Your Loyalty Club points

Once you have earned your points, you can use these points towards a number of high street retail vouchers.

Alternatively, you can spend your loyalty club points on special Hand Picked experiences, such as:

• Afternoon tea – 25 points (per person)
• £20 wine voucher for use at the hotels – 40 points
• Three-course table d’hôte dinner – 45 points (per person)
• Overnight stay at select hotels – 170 points
• Club case selection of wine – 300 points
