Where possible, we source produce from local farmers often producing small yields to a very high standard which means better quality and flavour for you. Not only is this good for flavour, it also reduces our carbon footprint.

Hand Picked Wines

A truly remarkable hospitality experience would not be complete without a truly remarkable wine. Believe it or not, fine wine is quintessentially British, with more French wine exported to the rest of the world from Britain than from France itself. English wines have firmly taken a foothold in the wine world, with white wines from Kent and Surrey producing some very high quality bottles. The connoisseur of course will still thirst to taste wines from around the world and we have spent many (enjoyable) hours building up impressive cellars at our hotels. Here you will find specialist wines from small producers from England to California as well as (of course) some very fine old vintages.

British Chefs are well trained and travelled, bringing back to Britain a wealth of international flavours. These days talented Chefs come from across the globe to release their creative talents on an increasingly discerning audience.
